Asociación Unión Tamberos

Asociación Unión Tamberos Coop. Ltda. is a first grade Cooperative made up of dairy producers associates, who are its owners.

It was born on October 9th 1925 with 29 associates, and it is made up of more than 600 dairy farmers.

Asociación Unión Tamberos sells its production to Milkaut S.A., the majority shareholder, which is in charge of manufacturing and marketing the products.

Services

Because of its cooperative nature, Asociación Unión Tamberos Coop. Ltda. renders various services to all its associates for the exploitation . These are divided in three lines:

:: Reinvestments

Here the associate producer finds everything that is neeeded to take ahead its operation: veterinary products and dairy farm cleaning products, seeds, fertilizers, agrochemical , agricultural machineries, elements of ironworks, among others, with the concept to offer quality products to a low cost. In addition, it counts with elements of its own trade mark AgroAUT.

:: Animal Nutrition

The Cooperative counts with its own Balanced Food Plant located in Colonia Nueva (province of Santa Fe) to supply to the partners with different alternatives of balanced food and preferential plans of financing. Also, it offers the nutritional advisory service where a specialist visits the producer to be acquainted of the necessities of the roundup and elaborates special formulas for those who have production difficulties.

:: Storing

Asociación Unión Tamberos makes activities of grain storing of sorghum, maize, wheat and soybean in the plant of Colonia Nueva (province of Santa Fe) under advantageous conditions for its producers.
