With the aim of assuring the quality and the innocuousness of its products, Milkaut has implemented in its plants the HACCP system, «Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point», and therefore it counts on documentation that satisfactorily endorses the Traceability of the production.

In order to control the quality of the products the company has, in its Industrial Complex of Franck, a laboratory equipped with an up-to-date technology. There the received raw material is analyzed and the elaborated processes and products are controlled. In addition, sensorial, microbiological and physico-chemical analyses are made.
In this way, Milkaut guarantees, according to international standards of quality, the excellence of its products.
